12月22日、プリスクールの子ども達やそのご家族と一緒にクリスマスパーティーをしました。
キャンドルサービスダンスや「きよしこの夜」のハンドベル演奏から始まり、お菓子のリースを作ったりたくさんの楽しいゲームをみんなでしたり、とても楽しくて笑顔あふれるひとときを過ごしました。
子ども達の輝く笑顔を見たり元気な笑い声を聞いて、私たちは温かい気持ちでいっぱいになり、忘れられないものとなりました。
ご参加いただき、この特別な日を一緒に作り上げてくださった皆さま、ありがとうございました！皆さまにとって、素晴らしいクリスマスと新年が訪れますように！

Last Sunday, we celebrated the spirit of Christmas with our preschoolers and their families, and it was truly a heartwarming experience! 
From the beautiful Candle Service Dance and Hand Bell performance of Silent Night to creative crafts and exciting games, every moment was filled with joy and laughter.
Seeing the children’s bright smiles and hearing their cheerful laughter warmed our hearts and made the celebration unforgettable. 
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so special! Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 

午前の部は、プリスクールの子どもたちがお姫様・コウモリ・お化け・猫などお気に入りのキャラクターに扮して参加しました。
その後、かわいらしいカボチャに変身し、チャーミングなダンスを披露してみんなのハートをつかみました！パフォーマンスの後は、ハロウィーンをテーマにしたさまざまなゲームを楽しみました。
ママやパパ達も参加してくださり、一緒に走ったり遊んだり笑ったり特別なひとときを過ごしました。会場には笑顔と歓声があふれ、とても楽しい雰囲気となりました。

午後の部では、レッスン生の大きなお姉さんお兄さん達が参加しました。
午前のゲームに加えて、魔女の帽子の輪投げ・ハロウィーンの単語探し・ジェスチャーゲームなどに挑戦して、さらに賑やかに。
年齢が上がるにつれ、親子で一緒に遊ぶ機会が少なくなっていくなか、笑いあって楽しむ親子の姿は心温まるものがありました。
パーティーの最後には「トリック・オア・トリート！」の言葉で子ども達一人ひとりにお菓子が配られました。

参加してくださった皆さまのご協力でこのハロウィーンのお祝いが思い出深いものとなったことに感謝いたします。

The celebration began in the morning with our preschoolers arriving dressed as their favorite characters—princesses, bats, ghosts, and cats. 
They soon transformed into adorable pumpkins for a charming dance performance that won everyone’s hearts. After their performance, the little ones enjoyed a series of Halloween-themed games. 
Parents of the preschoolers joined in for the games, sharing the joy and laughter as they raced and played alongside their children, making the experience even more special. The room was filled with smiles and cheers, creating a truly joyful atmosphere.

In the afternoon, our older after-school students joined the party. Along with the morning games, they took part in extra activities like a witch hat ring toss, Halloween word search, and a lively game of Halloween Charades. 
The festivities wrapped up with trick-or-treating, where each child received treats to cap off the day’s excitement. Seeing the upper-grade students laugh, play, and share these fun moments with their parents was heartwarming, especially since opportunities to play together become less frequent as they grow older.

We extend a big thank you to all the parents who joined us and helped make this Halloween celebration such a memorable day for everyone involved!

年内最後のイベント、クリスマスパーティーを茂原教室で開催しました。

教室には子ども達が作成したクリスマスリースやエンジェルが飾られ、12月に入ってから練習してきたベルの演奏と歌とダンスをみんなに披露しました。

新聞紙を丸めた棒で床の輪をすくうゲーム、ピンポン玉を紙コップの上に並べるゲーム、紙皿に載せた紙コップを落とさないように巻き取るゲーム、ピンポン玉が入った箱を腰に巻いて体を動かして全部出すゲーム、ティッシュ落としゲーム、ジェスチャーゲーム、ビンゴ・・などなど、子ども達は笑いながら、時には真剣になりながら楽しい時間を過ごしました。

どんなプレゼントがもらえるかワクワクする「プレゼント交換」では、それぞれが持ち寄ったプレゼントに番号を振って、くじで引き当てた番号のプレゼントをもらいます。もらったプレゼントその場で開けた子どもたちからは「ワー！」「かわいい！」「嬉しいー」など、さまざまな声が飛び交っていました。

最後はお土産のブラウニーとクッキーをもらって、Teacher Cristyの「Merry Christmas!!」の声でパーティーが終わりました。

We held the final event of the year, a Christmas party, at the Mobara classroom.

The classroom was decorated with Christmas wreaths and angels made by the children, and they performed the bell, songs, and dances they had been practicing since December.

The children had a fun time playing various games, such as the hoop scooping game with sticks made from rolled-up newspapers, arranging ping pong balls on top of paper cups, winding a string to prevent paper cups placed on paper plates from falling, moving their bodies to release all ping pong balls from a box wrapped around their waists, tissue dropping game, gesture game, bingo, and more. They laughed and occasionally got serious, enjoying a fun-filled time.

At the "gift exchange," the children were excited to see what kind of gift they would get, each brought a gift, assigned it a number, and drew numbers by lottery to determine which one they would get. Children who opened their gifts on the spot exclaimed with various voices like "Wow!" "Cute!" "I'm so happy!".

Everyone got brownies and cookies as souvenirs, and the party ended up with the joyful voice of Teacher Cristy saying, "Merry Christmas!!"

ハロウィンパーティーを開催しました。

子ども達のZombie Walkとダンスの発表のあと、クラフトでトリートバッグを作りました。

人間ビンゴ、ペットボトルボウリング、カップゲーム、紙皿ゲーム・・などなど、みんなで対戦しました。

お父さんとお母さんのゲームでは、子ども達の大きな声援が会場中に響きわたっていました！

それぞれのゲームで獲得したお菓子は、自分で作ったトリートバッグに入れてお土産に持って帰りました。

We held a Halloween party.

After the children’s Zombie Walk and dance performance, they made treat bags with craft paper bag.

Everyone played Human Bingo, Plastic Bottle Bowling, Cup Game, and Paper Plate Game.

The children’s loud cheering echoed throughout the hall as their fathers and mothers played the games!

The candies they won in each game was put into their treat bags and taken home as a gift.

英語で日本の夏祭りを体験しよう！　をテーマに、スクールを開放して夏祭りを開催しました。

子ども達は工作でかき氷、たこ焼き、りんごあめ、金魚すくい、輪投げを作りました。

交代でお店屋さんになったり、お客さんになったり・・

自分たちで作ったお財布を持って、Teacher Cristyから教わったお金の数え方を思い出しながら買い物をしていました。

当日は浴衣を着て、お客様のおもてなしをしました。

We opened our doors to the public and held a summer festival: Let’s experience a Japanese summer festival in English!

Children made shaved ice, takoyaki, apple candy, goldfish scooping, and ring toss.

They took turns being shopkeepers and customers, carried wallets they had made themselves, and shopped while remembering how to count money that Teacher Cristy taught them.

On the day of the event, children wore yukata and entertained our guests.
